During my new year stay at this budget hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service offered. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with an upgraded room upon request. The location of the hotel was a major highlight, being walking distance to a popular mall and entertainment center. the hotel provided us with a complimentary breakfast that was both filling and delicious. a pleasant and convenient stay for a budget holiday.

While the hotel offered some great amenities, the upkeep of the rooms could've been better. The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, but it was understandable considering the affordable price point.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location is absolutely perfect, as it is right across from the bustling Forum Nexus mall. This made it incredibly convenient for us to shop and dine whenever we wanted. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were always ready to assist us with a warm smile and were able to accommodate our requests promptly. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities including air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The room was dirty and had dirty sheets and towels. the bathroom was also not clean, and even the basic toiletries were missing.
